Do not consign with Hidden Treasures! I put 3 dresses in consignment there. One sold, and I went to pick up the other two to move elsewhere in hopes to get them sold. When I went, the owner and her coworker couldn't find one of my dresses. Once she found it, I realized it was completely ruined. The dress was all sequin, and the top shoulder strap had all of the sequins off of it and strings were coming off. Also, the bow train that was supposed to be on the dress was no where to be found. The owner, Bethany said "you have your dress, so you can leave". When I showed her where it was ruined at the top, she said "you probably brought it in like that." She was very rude and her customers most deffinately do not come first. I would recomment to anyone NOT TO GO THERE. Go to New Fangled Bride instead. This was the worse customer service I had ever received, and Bethany clearly does not care about her customers or their items. I had an officer called down to speak with him because my stuff was completely ruined and she was so rude about it. I requested a copy of my signed contract to incase I wanted to Perdue a civil suit. She couldn't find it, and my guess would be that she doesn't even have it. The business is very unorganized and if you are desperate enough to go there, my suggestion would be get a copy of everything you think you would need incase something goes wrong! I wish I would have! The descriptions on my dresses in the computer were very faint, so she didnt even know what she was looking for. Also, I called two days prior telling them I would be coming to get the dresses, and they were not prepared. Going here was my mistake, but I learned the hard way and I don't wish what I went through with Bethany or that business in general on anyone!
