Creek Country Club (“HCCC”) believes the Complaint is wholly without merit, [redacted] was fully informed aware of the terms and conditions of a membership when she initially joined HCCC. HCCC’s full and official response to the Complaint is attached as Exhibit A. Also for your review, [redacted]'s membership application, referenced in our response, is attached as Exhibit B.Additionally, the Complaint includes accusations that are not [redacted]'s. More specifically, the Complaint purportedly quotes other complaints found online. [redacted] purports to use another’s words and provides attribution, but these are unverified, unsigned, and were not submitted to the Revdex.com. Accordingly, understanding the Revdex.com’s policy often includes posting complaints, HCCC insists that any second-hand information not be posted with the Complaint, if the Revdex.com chooses to post the baseless Complaint.
