We ordered the lights from hidretrofitkit because a customer of us told us about them and their good lights so we contacted them via email and they responded pretty quick., they answered all my questions and then we placed order for my 2016 Nissan Altima customer vehicle and we are all very satisfied with the work hid retrofit kit did on these headlights. Extraordinary workmanship! from led projectors to the paint it's all amazing. I have done otheR projects with another company in Arizona and then after a couple of issues I found out about Hid retrofit kit being 1 of the most popular companies out there for custom headlights projects so I decide to contact them and they are definitely the best ones. A perfect paint job, no a single issue, led halos are the brightest ones I have ever seen, and compared to other companies nothing to do with., the laser etching is my favorite part becausE I can see all the details they put into it to make the image as I wanted since its a custom image they had to work it out and lastly their customer service is fantastic you wont be disappointed. I had Hid retrofit kit do some work for me on my Ford Fiesta. I had them do a biled retrofit along with an OEM paint on the entire housing so it would match my grill. I am from California so everything was coordinated via phone and e-mail. Let me just say that Hid retrofitkit was phenomenal. I always prefer to do business in person, but Hidretrofitkit was great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were always available to chat when I called them about my project. They kept me updated on the progress of my order and even sent me photos/videos of the work. The quality of the paint and reassembly of the headlights was VERY good. I am a stickler about good workmanship and Hidretrofitkit came through like champs. Very impressed!

I normally don't write reviews but HidRetrofitKit definitely deserves one. I brought in my old factory burnt halogen projection headlight assembly to have them swapped out with TLR's along with other mods. Very professional work and staff. All their products are of high quality and you will not find any cheap items. Very knowledgeable and will definitely return for any retrofitting needs.

The team over at Hid retrofit kit not only perform great work, their customer service is even better. Whether they’re performing work on your vehicle or you are, they’re more that willing to help. Big plus is their YouTube videos and how to’s if you are DIYing lights. Very happy with the results.

I have a 17 Subaru WRX Limited, known as "The Punisher" on IG. When I started looking for some custom headlights, I naturally started searching all the companies with IG pages, and saw some nice gear, but I was looking for something to make jaws drop. I didnt want what everyone else had, as nice as they might be. I wanted something NOBODY else had.
I found @hidretrofitkit, and started scrolling thru their page, and found a set that just nailed it. When I got in touch with Jessi, we talked for a while about what I was interested in, and trends change quickly in the modded car world.
Jessi told me that, while the set I had been originally interested in was certainly still available, they had just gotten some brand new Tech in that hadnt yet been released on the market, and thats exactly the kind of thing I like to hear.
We must have spent over half an hour on the phone, talking about EVERY single feature, and variation this set of headlights would have.
I think its really important for me to point out, that at no point in the discussion did I feel like I was being given a "sales pitch", or being pressured to spend more money than I initially planned to. That wasnt necessary anyway because I was "swinging for the fences" on these headlights. Jessi explained to me that each headlight is completely custom made by hand, and specifically tailored to EXACTLY what you want them to be. Whether its just a "Mild" upgrade, to some of the Wildest combinations of features you can possibly imagine. Being that thats the case, some people prefer to buy some "pre-made" off the shelf lights so they dont have to wait. But good things come to those who wait. And in this case, GREAT things made the wait WELL WORTH IT.
The day they were sent out and I knew they were on the way, I had eyes on the mail like a hawk. When they arrived, they were packaged so thoroughly with padding and bubble wrap, I immediately sent the car to the body shop to pull the bumper, and had the car taken over to my electronics guy. As we unwrapped the layers of bubble wrap, we finally got to the lights, and to my disbelief, one of the lenses was cracked.
This kinda thing happens, shipping companies arent always gentle. But what happens next says a LOT about a company by the way they handle it. They had sent me a video of the lights working before sending them out, so clearly the damage happened during shipping.
A quick phonecall to Jessi, and I knew right then and there, I had chosen the right company. Without hesitation, Jessi sent me a return shipping label, I sent the light back, they immediately replaced the lens at NO COST to me, and had it back to me in less than a week. Impressive ? Yes. But it gets better. There was s problem with the original installer...the lights were more work than he wanted to do, because he chose NOT to follow the simple, step by step install directions. Jesdi's partner Marcos offered his time, at no charge, to talk to the installer, and literally walk him thru the install, step by step. Thats some setious Customer Service. I wound up having them wired up properly by another Shop after the winter.
I bought essentially some of the most expensive lights they make. And they are worth every penny. But Im not what youd call "Tech oriented". These headlights have SO many features, SO many settings, and so many different functions, frankly, I was lost.
Jessi took the time to make instructional videos for me, and was always there to answer every question I had, and trust me, I had a LOT. I was never made to feel like I was a bother to them. They both really went out of their way to make sure that their product was not only wired up correctly, but also, are STILL teaching me about all the features and how to use the Control App to allow me to get the most out of their lights. And on a personal note, my 7 year old daughter LOVES the car, and every conversation Ive had with Jessi, shes always, ALWAYS asked "How's your daughter ?" "What does she think of the lights ?" Its things like that, along with the unbelievable amount of help theyve given me in learning how to properly use the lights, 8 months after the point of sale. That speaks VOLUMES about the kind of people they are. Try contacting any other company 8 months after youve purchased something from them and ask them for help, and see if they even remember who you are.

Here's the bottom line...
Theres a LOT of custom light companies out there, for sure. At @hidretrofitkit, whether youre looking for "Mild", or over the top Wild, they will build you anything you can think of, if its technically possible. And unlike other companies, when youre on the phone going thru all the various features you can have, youre not going to get a high pressure (or low pressure for that matter) sales pitch to dig deeper into your pockets.
Its also nice to know that they take such pride in their work, unlike other companies who seem impossible to get help from after the sale, Jessi and Marcos are there for you every step of the way, from helping you choose the features you want, to an incredibly fast turnaround time fixing damage that occured in shipping (not even their responsibility), to helping make sure their lights get wired up correctly, to teaching those of us who are SO "Old School" that we need to be taught how to work the headlights, even 8+ months after getting them.
I have nothing but the very best of things to say about @hidretrofitkit and Jessi and Marcos. And the Feedback Im getting on IG about the headlights is incredible.
Again, Im in this game for 38 years, done countless builds, done and seen a LOT. It takes a lot to impress me after all these years. But simply put, @hidretrofitkit knocked it out of the park with what they created for me with these headlights, and the level of Customer Support was beyond almost anything Ive ever experienced.
So if you wanna be driving the car or truck that rolls into the Meet, or the Show, and have drooling jaws drop, stop, and stare at your ride like its on fire, you need to give @hidretrofitkit a shout. Theyll set you up with a set of lights that will have you standing out all day and nite.

Very pleased with my headlights from these guys! Very helpful once it comes to installing and made it very simple and straight forward! I get so many compliments on these headlights alll the time and they look killer at night! Definitely a huge upgrade for my car and not to mention I can actually see at night now ! I am beyond happy with my purchase from HID Retrofit Kit. I live in the Chicago area and made my purchase with them online in 2020 for my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Their installation support and customer service has been top notch from day 1, and even after more than a year I can still reach out to them and they are very responsive and helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. I use my vehicle for ride sharing, and any time I pull into one of our area airport holding lots I tend to notice heads turning, particularly other Pathfinder drives as well as Infiniti QX60 owners whose lights aren't quite as good as what HID Retrofit Kit did for my truck. For anyone who wants to add a unique but classy aftermarket lighting touch to your vehicle, HID Retrofit Kit is definitely the way to go!

I had a great experience working with HID Retrofit Kit. They were very communicative throughout the process. Whether speaking on the phone, or through text, I always got an answer to my questions in short time. I purchased a set of headlights for my 2018 Subaru Forester. When I received them there was a film over top the exterior of the headlights. Embedded within that film were fingerprints, etc. I thought they were on the inside of the lens but I reached out and they assured me that was not the case. I had tried wiping them clean but they were quite stubborn and I pressed further. They called and said this is common and to use good force and just water and paper towel. Sure enough they finally came clean. I felt a little dumb but they were kind and made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a set of unique headlights.

HID RETROFIT KIT Was a excellent experience. Custom service was amazing very professional, and helpful. My 2018 Subaru Crosstrek looks great with the upgraded headlights. Hands down the best company when it comes to retrofitting your headlights!

I don't know how this place got 5 star's but the light or not good and over price you can buy must of the parts they used online in china. They will give you a lift time warranty witch is a lie. The light's or not worth it look around beware of this place. I did the same thing as a norther parson that wrote a review wright to the BBB and they I took my complaint off and I shouldn't have. Buyer look at the other reviews.
