Dear Ms***,I respectfully reject the erroneous complaint form (copy attached for your reference).The facts:• Ms*** was
using our laundromat on 12/8/16.• Ms*** did pay $for the use of the larger machine.• Ms*** did stop the machine during its operations.• Ms*** ignored the sign on the machine stating, "Pressing Stop After Cycle Starts MayResult in Lost Payment" (see attached picture of the sign)You are welcome to come by andobserve the sign yourself.• My cashier paid Ms*** $in cash to assist her, although it was her mistake.• My video camera shows Ms*** walking unassisted from my storeTherefore, one mustconclude that nothing occurred on the premises that would necessitate an ambulance ride tothe hospital.I'm sorry to learn of Ms***'s health issues with her pregnancy, and wish her the bestHowever,her medical conditions have absolutely nothing to do with a $laundry fee that was in factrefunded to her.I hope this concludes this issue so you may return to more relevant matters
