statement attached)  The siding was ordered and has been received.  We expect to make the repair in a few days-depending on the weather conditions.   We spoke with Mr. [redacted] today 2/1/16.  We will be picking up a piece of the damaged siding to match the paint, replacing the siding, and painting the new siding. The customer was charged $75 service call as per our standard procedure.  We agree to probe and attempt the find the tank for up to two hours.  If it can't be found, then we suggest a location be done by our other company, [redacted] or the customer can find the tank and call us to return to pump the tank.  We usually reduce the pumping by $35 as an incentive to have us return to do the pumping.  When [redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] today, he was told that the customer had found his tank.  That it was a metal tank that has collapsed and they have not decided what their next step will be regarding replacing the tank.We believe that this problem is being resolved.
