Hickory Center Dental

Hickory Center Dental charged me for a dental procedure on 9/6/2018 for $518.60 which they had said was my deductible. I called my insurance company (CIGNA) later that day to verify the deductible. I found that the dental office should have only charged $305.00. When I called the dental office Addie (office manager) said I needed to wait until they received my insurance coverage for the procedure.
On 9/21/2018 I received in writing from CIGNA that they covered all costs except $305.00. I called the dental office on 9/21 to tell them they owe a credit of $213.60 and they said they still didn't receive the CIGNA dental benefit statement. I called CIGNA and they said they sent it electronically the week prior. I waited until 10/1 and call Hickory Dental and spoke with Jade the office manager who said they received CIGNA statement of benefits and they owe me $213.60 and will cut a check. I called on 10/12 and Jade (another office manager) said it takes 3 weeks for a check to arrive.

It is now 11/2 and Kaylee said they have to work with their insurance group to get me the $213.60 check.
