I sent my son to hibbetts in armory ms and he was treated horrible by and employee for doing nothing wrong but turning one shoe in the wrong direction! She yelled at him telling don't come in her store rearranging her store then she continued yelling at him telling him not to mess her store up! The store was full at people staring at him so instead of spending the I gave him he came home embarrassed! I am highly pissed and tried to call there customer service line but of corse no one answered just like no one answered the store number!

Review: I was in hibbett sports on Wednesday April, the 17th and I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any store. I was not greeted and when I asked for help with a shoe the "head coach" as his tag said walked right by me several times and was in the back of the store for a large majority of the time I was in the store. It seemed as if he cared more about putting put merchandise the helping a customer. And when I did actually get someones attention he was rude and not courteous at all, it seemed as if I was bothering him or taking him away from something more important. I will never shop at this store again!Desired Settlement: I would like the head coach to be talked to and some disciplinary actions taken on him for his lack of respect for the customer..
