Upon getting back in the swing of things, I personally went to the tax office and retried a duplicate title from the agent there and texted the customer that the title will be available for her at the office in about an hour.  She came by that very same afternoon and picked it up.  The original title had been misplaced in the office due to the fact that I've had 2 previous secretaries that had shuffled things around.  Therefore, I was required to go the tax office to get another title for the customer and the very first opportunity I had to do so, I got it done for her.  The customer stated that my secretary was rude with her, but what she didn't realize was when she was calling the office, she had customers sitting in her office and she was needing to place her on a brief hold.  During these times, the customer would hang up the phone and continue calling right back.  However, she falsely kept alleging that she was being hung up on...which was definitely not the case.  These things hardly ever materialize in such a fashion, but unfortunately, life sometimes has extenuating circumstances.  We strive to make every customer happy & satisfied.  As a matter of fact, we have a large customer base that continues coming back to our dealership to do business with us due to our entire staff working diligently with them and great customer service.  We have been in business a very long time and have hundreds and hundreds of satisfied customers.
