Hi-way Auto Sales

I am rejecting this response because: Prior to purchasing I expressed concerns about the vehicle, which I was assured everything was taken care of, the ball joints, sway links, intake gaskets, and rear air suspension, everything this vehicle typically has go wrong with that mileage. The rear air suspension, which is not a cheap fix, was not taken care of, in fact it appears to have been left non functional. Part of the reason we bought this vehicle was to pull a trailer, and being the rear suspension was supposedly replaced we trusted it was taken care of. It was not. All I am asking for is proper replacement parts which actually fix what I was told was fixed prior to sale, I will install myself

This vehicle was purchased at the time of the sale well over 75,000 miles and therefor was as-is and a buyers guide stating that the vehicle was as-is was signed as well. the supplier of the failed rear shock and they are willing to send a new replacement part out for $70 as explained to the customer and passed on our cost once again. At the time of sale we had this vehicle priced at $15,950 (well under retail book of $18,400) and discounted the vehicle another $700 for the customer's concerns. Yes the vehicle is as-is, yes vehicles break down. We are not responsible for any repairs because the vehicle is as-is. Thus, why we offer our customers cost on parts and cost on labor ($36/hr). We have been in business since 1953 and we are in good standings without complaints. This customer is being unreasonable.
