I paid *** at Hi Tech Solutions to install: security cameras, 2 WiFi access points and a Sonos sound system. He installed 4 of the 5 cameras and 1 of the 2 WiFi access points. He installed the sounds system, however, when I was out of state, he entered my home and took one of my amplifiers without permission. I did not realize the amplifier was go missing until I came back to my house a few weeks later.
We have exchanged texts and phone calls where he assured me he would be over later that day to:bring back my amplifier and install the WiFi Access Point and Security Camera. He has never followed through.
I paid him on Oct 10, 2019.

Good afternoon, we have tried to reach out the customer on where to drop of equipment . Waiting on a response .
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have not reached out to me. I saw the owner of the company at a store 3 weeks ago and he said he would be over the next day to:
1. Drop off my amplifier he took without my permission.
2. Installing the WiFi Access Point I paid for
3. Installing the Security Camera I paid for
They did none of that!
I just had to pay another company to finish their job.
I have never dealt with a more unreliable vendor in the past 20 years.
I am considering filing criminal charges for the theft of my amplifier and taking legal action to recover the money I paid them.
I've tried to reach out to phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX.
and haven't received a response.
also called today to # XXX-XXX-XXXX and left a voicemail. Please indicate where can I drop off the amplifier and a check for the amount of the pending job.

*** left me a voicemail at 1:00 yesterday and I returned his call at 4:00. I also sent him a text message this morning.
I had to pay another WiFi company $1,300 to complete the unfinished job I paid Mime for in advance. I sent him the invoice this morning. I already replaced the amplifier he took in November b/c it has been close to 3 months. The resolution I want is him to reimburse the amount I paid another company to finish his job.
