This business lost a silk top and did not own up to their mistake I informed the attendant who informed me business owner was on vacation but would receive a call from him upon his return Over a month past by and not only do they never answer their phone, so I personally inquired on a resolution I was informed the owner suggested to allow time for someone to return it So I continued to wait When I finally opted to call the owner, he was extremely rude and stated it was my responsibility to count my items before leaving his establishment and hung up on me How is this fair My silk top was essentially new First time taken to cleaners
