[redacted] reported incident on Sunday 1216, incident was documented to file claim for damagesWednesday 1216, within business days an Area Manager for the company reached out to [redacted] to review the claim details and to review further information required to proceed with the claimWe believe that [redacted] was contacted within a reasonable amount of timeThe next day, [redacted] was contacted again for an offer to settle the claim.While we regret that this incident occurred at one of our locations, based on the terms of the Tenant Elite Protection Plan, we do not agree to the settlement request to pay for the full value of the damaged items as if they were new.Per the Tenant Elite Protection Plan that [redacted] was enrolled in, Storage Post takes in to consideration the age, and market value of any damaged item(s)The receipt provided by [redacted] , indicates that the Mattress and Box Spring were purchased over years ago.Again, we regret that this incident occurred at one of our locations and we have been communicating with [redacted] since then to reach an amicable agreement to settle her claimWe are currently working with [redacted] in resolving this matter
