My complaint is with HI O CleanersI am being billed for services that are no longer being used or neededI called ###-###-#### and spoke with a man, John someone, who refused to give me his last name, and told him we no longer need the home pick up dry cleaning services of HI O CleanersMy husband works out of the house and no longer wear dress shirts and no longer needs these servicesHe seemed to understand that requestI stopped putting shirts out for pick up but continued to receive statement by HI O Cleaners for services not receivedI paid all the bill that were sent to meNext, I call the business and told them again that I was not b using their services and to please stop billing me, and in fact, I have over paid for services not received, and would like a refundI was sent a check made out to HI O Cleaners for the amount I requested for a refundThey sent me a check made out to themselves?? Really? I continued to be billed monthlyNext, I politely wrote them and sai
