I am rejecting this response because:
Stating that Mr*** is no longer with her company, and yet seeking payment from him to resolve the matter is unacceptable!
It's been six months of her irresponsible excuses and no action of making amends on her part is inexcusable.
Our order was placed in NovemberWe cancelled in January because she took so long to respond with an update of when we could expect itAnd since January, it's been a "cat and mouse" chase! She lied every time we spoke on the phoneAgain it's been too long! We just want this to be resolved fairly with no further delay or excuses!
