Completed less than 2/3rds of work paid for. Quality of work was shoddy. Installed windows in attic did not remove mess from demolation and did not even caulk new windows. Worked on guttering and was to run drain from downspout to street gutter but only ran to middle of yard and left large hole in ground. Claims had to charge for removing and repairing side walk cement but it was there when bid was made. We had to clean up the concrete that was broken out and fill in a seed the ditch that was dug. Also during porch repair the new guttering was damaged and had to repair it again. Claims work on widows peak and inside ceiling could not be completed because we are not home, however I took total of 5 vacation days to be available and his work crews still did not do the work. First time they showed up to clean and caulk attic they did not even have caulk so left to get some and never returned. Second time one worker showed up to finish installing a window that was ordered wrong size but claims he knew nothing about clean up and caulking. 3rd time I took off no one showed. 4th time they came to do the inside ceilings and did not bring a ladder, drop cloth or even dry wall mud to perform the work. Did partial demo on one ceiling and said they needed to talk to owner about plan to fix and then never showed up again. 5th time I took off for work on Widows peak and no one showed up again. I am out 5 vacation days from work along with all this work either not done or shabby work. Very unprofessional company with no communication. I basically believe this is theft by failure to deliver contracted services.
