lisa m*** is lying,making up these accusations.what she should do is simply refund my dollars and move on.my agent *** *** also knows this,was also outraged by hhh magazine making statements,they never did put me on cover for sept 15th issue.lisa told me on f*,spet 17th that she would refund the by mail,still haven't obtain anything and that's bad buisness

Mr. [redacted] did not send any payments to me at my business address nor online.  Please review attached letter above for specific details.  Mr. [redacted] requested ad space for the Spring issue, he did not respond by the deadline with all the necessary information needed to complete the feature...

which delayed the release of the issue & us having to find a last minute replacement.  We then emailed, messaged & tried to call Mr. [redacted] to provide us the necessary information, he did not, we slated him to be on the Summer issue, which he still did not provide the necessary information for.  After 4-5 months of waiting for Mr [redacted] to reply he sent an email stating that he was going to pursue legal action against the company for fraud & scamming him out of $250.  Again I attempted to contact Mr [redacted] by phone to inform him again of our procedures which were outlined in the original email sent to him in April.  Mr. [redacted] responded by hanging up the phone on me.  After receiving a 3 email implying that he was pursuing legal action the above letter was sent to Mr. [redacted], again at no point did Mr [redacted] send a payment directly to Lisa M[redacted] or HHH Magazine.  All purchases of ad space are paid for via an invoice with [redacted] or thru our [redacted] web payment portal on our web site.
