Review: I have been dealing with with Sales Rep [redacted] regarding purchasing and installation of tile for my house for the last 2 months. On Sept. 9 I made a final decision on what tile I wanted and gave him a check on that day for approx. 1/2 the total price of the work. He finally called me last week saying the tile would be installed on 9/23. So I called him on Mon. 9/22 to verify that the work would be started on Tues. 9/23, I was told I would be called back later that day that he needed to verify that. When he called me back he said not until next week. Since they have been giving me the runaround for the past month, I decided maybe they were just to busy for my business and I decided to cancel. They were upset about my decision and they hadn't even deposited the check I gave them until the day I decided to cancel. We bank at the same bank, I know that because when I checked my account it told me that the check had just been deposited. So I went to H&H to ask for my money back and they won't give it to me until 5 days. I told him we didn't sign any contract stating that and he wants to deduct $250.00 for restocking, once again we never signed any form stating that, they are rude and asked me to leave.Desired Settlement: All my money back, and that I shouldn't have to wait any longer
