This home owner is not and never has been a customer of Heyn Brothers He purchased the home a few years ago without doing a home inspection or inspecting the roof himself The previous home owner that we did install the roof for had a year workmanship warranty that was not
transferable to any new buyers I explained this to both *** and his father who also contacted us I offered to give them a reasonable price to fix whatever issues they may be having on their roof I sent our repair guy out to look at just to see what the repair would entail.The facts are this: The roof is no longer under warranty If the roof had been leaking since it was installed we would have been notified much sooner We offered to give the new home owner a fair price to fix the leak if he would like.We are definitely a reputable company who goes out of our way to make sure our customers are well taken care of and our work is quality We can’t fix issues for free that are out of our warranty period for someone who is not even our customer We have been very curtious in handling this situation with *** and explaining how warranties work.Thanks,*** HeynPresident/OwnerHeyn Brothers
