I am rejecting this response because: nothing has been resolvedThe company obviously had my email and phone number as they had no problem contacting me to remind me about appointment timesI am simply asking for a refund for the services I paid for but did not receive.

In reference to the complaint ID [redacted] all efforts were made to contact clients by email, phone and text messages that the business was closing.  Everyone who responded in a timely manner was able to get refunds or additional services.  This business permanently closed Dec 28, 2017....
