Business would not honor [redacted] they sold online. This happened on Saturday, August 30 th. My family and two other families bought [redacted]s online that would have allowed entry into the park for 4 people. The fine print stated it was not available on May 24-26 and July 4-6 both holiday weekends. When we arrived there were signs posted that [redacted]s were not accepted on holiday weekends. When I approached the gentleman taking money for entry and asked if they were accepting entry he said they were not for use on holiday weekends. When I pressed the issue to find out why he stated that it was [redacted]s error and they would not honor it . When I asked to speak with a manager he stated he was the manager. When I asked who the owner was he stated they don't GeV out that information. Desired SettlementI am seeking reimbursement for the gas I used for the 3 hours of travel that I did to come to their facility and be denied entry with my already purchased [redacted].
