I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It's unfortunate that this situation ever made it to this degree. Hewlett VW did fix the problem and were very pleasant during the second half of this incident. I removed all negative, yet truthful online reviews and hope all future dealing with Hewlett VW is handled with the same level of customer service that John provided once he entered the complications.
