Review: I stayed with my friend on May **-May **. It was a one night stay. They charged both my card and my friend's. We resolved the issue on site. The nightly rate is $206.51. Ultimately, [redacted] or [redacted] at the front desk agreed to charge my friend's card for a one night stay of $206.51.

When I reviewed my credit card statement, Ruschmeyers charged me twice - May [redacted] of $206.51 and May [redacted] of $206.51. I called them repeatedly. [redacted] or [redacted] reassured me that it will be corrected. However, after being put on hold for the longest time and being put through voicemail, I have no choice but to put in a complaint.Desired Settlement: To refund the $206.51 wrongly charged on my credit card. There should be absolutely no charge on my credit card from Ruschmeyers.
