For several years we have been purchasing tires from Hasselbein at 129th and 31st and we have always been satisfied with their product and their honesty an quality of service; however, since the name "Gateway" showed up, we received a totally different kind of merchandising. In previous purchases the quoted price for tires included all of the charges for removing the old tires and installing the new ones, including valves, balancing, etc. However, our recent purchase of tires from "Gateway" reminded us of the old scams and we were were charged separately for everything such as balancing, etc. plus Nitrogen air that we did not order.
