We apologize for the inconvenience. At this point, we will open an investigation with FedEx in regards to the whereabouts of your package. In the meantime we will send out a replacement truck(s) to you. Please allow 48 hours for your replacement to ship. Once your replacement ships you will receive a shipment notification email with a new tracking number. Thank you for your patience.

However truck or replacement truck never came
Contacted their customer support again on twice on Dec 10th 2013 and I got the the same reply

We’re sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
• Verify the shipping address
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery
• Look around the delivery location for your package
• See if someone else accepted the delivery
• Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
• Wait 24 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
If you have already completed the steps above, and are still unable to locate your package, please reply back and we will issue a claim with the shipper.

This the same reply that I received from you on Dec 4th, nothing happened since then , I want to know why this truck has not been delivered yet?
Please get back to me on this , I am getting ready to file a complaint with Revdex.com,

But The issue is that the package has been lost in transit and was never delivered ,
Please ask Hess to resend the truck as promised in their emails replies on Dec 4th2014. & Dec 10th 2014Desired Settlement: Please send out the truck immediately , it is a holiday item : Chistmas present ,
It should be sent express this time as they had failed to ship it by now ,
I have been waited nearly a month now but no truck .
