Review: After being recommended this Hess Tile Cleaning, it was discovered that this company uses [redacted] on the pool tile after cleaning the tiles with the glass bead system to remove the grime and build up.

When asked about the film floating in our pool when it was discovered that evening of the pool cleaning, we were told that the service uses an organic product to polish the tile.

In actuality, the company uses [redacted], a petroleum based product, that is both a hazard to those who swim in the pool, and the pool filtration system.

We asked for a full refund given this lack of disclosure on the product used, and the 6 days it took to remove the oil from the pool.Desired Settlement: Given the cost for enzyme removal, pool cleaning, and full pool filtration system. I have asked for a full refund of $417.

They chose not refund any money.
