I continue to wait for an item purchased from HES to be deliveredDelivery was scheduled for the 21st of DecI called HES separate times on this day requesting a tracking number and was told each time that I called that they would get back to me in a minuteThey never returned a phone call this day and my item was not deliveredNor was it delivered the next day and I still have not heard from HES and cannot reach them on the phone
