Hertz Rent A Car - all area locations

I rent the car for marriage, when I come to pick up was dirty in side (I have a pictures) when I come in and said it is dirty the answer of representative was we just have only this conv camaro and I can offering you 10% off for next rent. He really think that I going to rent on more time from Hertz ? I am trying to speak with someone from customer care on e-mail almost 2 weeks no answers and by phone I spoke to Brandy she says you can only speak to location from you renting the car. BAD BAD BAD customer support and service.
