Best car buying experience ever. Kurtis was great as well as the whole staff. Would highly recommend.

After my Registration expired on my purchased car, I contacted Kurtis T. and asked for some help resolving the situation. He explained that it was out of his hands and that I would receive them in 2 weeks. After doing some digging on my own, I called him back and informed him that I received some conflicting information from my local Clerks Office. Showing his frustration with me, he once again said that there was nothing that he could do and I would get them in 2 weeks. One week later I go down to the Clerks office and confirm that they where waiting on paperwork that Hertz received from me a month earlier. At this point I had to gather the necessary paperwork and submit them to the Clerks office, problem solved. I called Mr T[redacted] to complain about my Car Buying experience only to get more attitude. I asked for his Manager's contact information and I was told, "that was against company policy". What a car buying experience....... never again! Once they sell you a car they are Done! I had to drive 2 weeks with no tags and Hertz didn't care enough to try to help.
