Hertz-A-Crete Construction

Review: I entered into a contract with Hertz-A-Crete for a new concrete capping of the existing porch slab and replacement of the existing concrete walkway in front of my house. The work was completed and paid for in late June 2013. In September, I discovered two hairline cracks in the new 4 inch porch slab. I called Hertz-A-Crete and at different times both Brad H[redacted] (Estimator) and Gordie H[redacted] (Operations Manager) stopped to inspect the hairline cracks. Both indicated that Hertz-A-Crete would come back and repair the two hairline cracks. They never came to repair the cracks. I called Hertz-A-Crete numerous times and they eventually said it was too cold to make the repairs and they would fix the hairline cracks in Spring 2014. They never contacted me in the spring and beginning in May 2014 through July 2014 , I called numerous times and left voice mail messages that were never returned. I just want the hairline cracks to be repaired as they had promised.Desired Settlement: I would like the hairline cracks repaired as Hertz-A-Crete committed to do at no cost to me.
