Review: I purchased a flat iron from the stand in the mall. I used it once and did not like it. I went to return it a few days later because I could not get to the stand the next day (I live about 1 1/2 hours away). I did not realize that they did not accept returns. There is NO sign that says no returns. If I had seen a sign at the stand, I would not have purchased the product. I have attempted to call the owner of the stand and the headquarters but no one is willing to help. I believe they are not informing customers of their rights prior to making purchases. This is very misleading!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $133. The price I paid for the hair straightener and hair masque (which I never used). I will gladly return the products.
