our associates the change in banking policy as it relates to credit card "Preauthorization Holds'In years past, once a pending preauthorization was released in our system, typically it took 2448hrs for the banks to release the funds to the cardholder accountAfter conferring with our Accounting Department, I have been advised that this is no longer the case, and that dependent on the financial institution it can now take up to business daysWith this new information, our team will be advising guests of the preauthorization hold' now ranging from - business days before unused funds show available to their credit card.Again, my sincerest apologies for the miscommunicationWhile we cannot change what has past, I do hope that you will consider Hershey Lodge again whether it be for a conference or a leisure stay.Regards,Donna H
