Hired this company to install new windows in my sunroom on 3/27/17. Was told that the installation would be completed in 4-6 weeks. I gave the salesman a $6000.00 deposit on a $9350 total job. I started calling the company in early August, since I had heard nothing from them after 4 months. Nothing but excuses, promises, and lies. I finally had to hire an attorney to attempt a resolution. Finally received the window delivery 6 1/2 months! after the initial contract. I will have my own contractor do the installation, since I don't want to give this company another dime. I'm amazed that they are in business, given their horrible customer service.
We have spoken to *** to confirm window deliver on 10/13/17 and we would close the account after they have received all materials. We would have liked to continue this project but due to scheduling with rain since May mother nature was against us and we had to reschedule start dates. its unfortunate but yet out of our control, We did have other customers ahead that were needing to be closed and were also behind due to weather condition. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
Really? Order was place on 3/27/17 and I was told that the windows would be delivered and installed in 4 to 6 weeks. It did not rain constantly for the next six and a half months. It was not until I hired an attorney that the windows were finally delivered on 10/13/17 (minus the lock and door handle). Blaming Mother Nature for their shoddy business practices is a weak excuse for poor performance.
