Dear *** ***, Top Line Pool service was hired by *** *** to replace an underground pipe, for the pool filtration, which was done While working on the pipe job she mentioned that she was going to have someone come out and drain her pool then pressure wash her liner to clean it
When I explained to her that was not the proper way to clean a liner, I suggested that we do the job so it would be done correctly She agreed, so we placed a pump in the pool to drain it When we came back the next day we found that the water in the pool was lowered as it should be, but that water was now under the liner, due to ground water When we asked her about any previous problems with ground water she stated that she had been having problems for the past or years, in her basement and the neighbors have also problems Ground water is a serious problem, and is uncontrollable, without a proper sump pump, to help correct the problem.
