Every experience with this store was unacceptableThe staff repeatedly kept trying to mislead me with the price of the mattress I was ordering at the timeI was promised 2-weeks of delivery and only received it after weeks of waiting and another week of deliveryIn addition to that, the staff refused to call me or schedule an appointment for delivery until I called them directly with their excuse being that I did not provide an email addressthey did not ask for one to begin withThe store staff was unacceptably rude towards meIn addition to that, the receipt to the bed was stapled over their day return policy, in which I assume was an act to obscure itAfter demanding my money back, I was told that the only course of action was to have a "technician" come to my house and tell me my bed is broken
