am rejecting this response because:
I was promised by your representatives a brand new, in the box, vacuum, that was not demoed in other locations I have allergies, and can not risk introducing allergens from other households into mine That is ridiculous that you would even consider to give someone that paid that much for a product, anything but a brand new one That is poor customer service I will not be recommending your business to my community or friends
Obviously the field manager that sold me the unit remembered his promise after this complaint was filed, as he brought me a brand new unit the other day So maybe you need to get on point with them and see what they are doing as your response does not match your actions
I did send the cancellation back within three days, but your company continues to claim I did not Also phone calls were not returned
I am glad I have a new unit now, not happy that I have to keep it, and definitely not happy with the customer service I have received from the officeField management was great!

The Kirby was returned to main office on 11/17/15 . The policy states that a refund is being proceed within 10-14 business days. Due to the holidays it was delayed. However the amount of $1250.05 was refunded to the customer's account ,and the transaction...
of the refund is :[redacted] which was provided to the customer. We apologized to the customer of the delay due the holidays and the connection of our system and customers credit card.
