Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the technician still didn't even attempt to switch the circuit breakerHe told us there was mechanical failure that caused the AC to not work and there was only one way to fix it and it would cost $He never provided us with a breakdown of the costsAgain, he came by days later saying his boss " [redacted] " made him quote us $and that he was a crookI'm not arguing that the unit probably needed a cleaning, but that's not why the AC shut offAnd he wouldn't give us any information about why it malfunctioned other than something was broken in the outside unit, which it wasn'tHe's a liar and a thief Regards, [redacted]

.Sent out technician to diagnose the issueThe main issue was system was in very bad condition as far as the coils inside and outWe do not recommend that not to run system in the condition it was in and not to just simply (flip the breaker) which will cause damageIf the breaker is "simply "
