Herooutdoors has a good selection of products but terrible customer service. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Many products advertised are NOT IN STOCK, and this creates order processing times of over 30 days. BBB rating is an F . Numerous unresolved customer complaints , leading to Visa and PayPal charge back action. Online shoppers beware - it is not worth the hassle!
