the above residence because the owner wanted to convert her gas lines from propane to natural gasAt the time I informed her that my regular price for the installation of gas lines and connection to the existing water heater was $I told her that I would have to replace the existing pipes in order to connect the natural gas line to her water heaterThe owner gave me $which I used for a permit ($65) and materials ($125)The first day I spent four hours installing new pipes with my helperThis involved cutting the pipes and threading themI went back a second day and pressure tested the pipes to assure there were no gas leaksBecause the owner's water heater was not in very good condition I advised her that I would not connect the pipes to the water heater for fear of her safetyI told her she needed a new water heaterThe last time I left her home she informed me that she was going to borrow money to complete her payment to me and to buy another water heaterI never took her water heater apartThereafter, she called me about hooking up the old water heater and I said I could not do that because it could explodeMy license would have been at risk if there had been an explosion because of the connection to the old water heaterFurthermore, the owner still owes me $since I did complete the installation of new pipesI do not know where her daughter obtained the figures that she gave the Revdex.comI have been a plumber for over years and always place safety firstI would make the same decision again concerning hooking up the old water heaterSincerely, Nick H***
