Hello, due to fiscal year-end the holiday, I have been unable to completely gather documentation to add to this response, however I wanted to respond promptlyI will follow up with documents next week. Mr *** purchased special order siding materialsHe was credited for all
allowable returns per our supplier’s return policy. https://northcentral.cedarcreek.com/return-policy/ He was also given an extra discount from the supplierUnfortunately, the supplier charges a re-stocking fee, also some of the items returned were made special for the customer and therefore not returnableThe credit was applied to an approximately $1200+ invoice that Mr *** had only paid $ofThe credit did not fully cover the balance due, yet Hermantown Lumber has not attempted to collect the balanceLastly, regarding the amounts that we were not able to credit, would be less than the $500-that Mr *** alleges he is owed.
