Review: Mr [redacted] was hired by me to modify my suzuki motorcycle, after work was completed the carburetor misfired and popped loudly and ran poorly. After I test rode it in the parking lot of his shop, I suggested a different jet to smooth out the popping, he refused to discuss this option... and even after the advice if his mechanic Mr [redacted] refused to replace the obviously wrong sized jetting. I was quoted $175 for the job and was charged $197.00. He has refused to work on my bike despite being paid and continued carb jetting issues.Desired Settlement: I would like my $197.00 refunded, as I had to have another cycle mechanic re-jet the card because the popping was detrimental to the pistons and head.

In response to your letter from a customer in 2007 , he claims to to have paid $197.00 for a job I only charge $70.00 for. Carb jetting has always been $70.00 to $100.00.And I always stand behind my work. I make sure it's perfect when it leaves my shop. And if there is ever a problem I will stand behind my work and make it perfect. I never have customers ride bikes in the parking lot either , it's not allowed as per my rental agreement. This is a bogus claim. I tried to contact [redacted] and his phone is disconnected. I have the best customer service in San Diego , I would never say or do as [redacted] claims.
