I hired them to take down a tall V shaped maple tree in my back yard, about stories tall There was limited access to the tree After waiting 2-1/weeks for their schedule, they arrived and took down most of the tree on the first day and the rest the 2nd day They did this by climbing and cutting Pieces were roped and slowly lowered to protect my house Their safety equipment was always utilized They sent more than enough workers to do the job correctly and I must say, they addressed me as "sir" Don't see that these days They were so professional and good at their job that they made this difficult work look easy The process was extremely smooth, hassle free, complete and professional They even raked up the yard when they were done I am hard to please and they pleased me! I hired the right team!
