Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Unfortunately Becky J[redacted] (not Becky H[redacted]) no longer works for our company. Any e-mails sent to her have been delayed, as our office catches up on the backlog of work her departure has created. Also, Ms. [redacted] acknowledges a conflict that she created on one of her visits. This was where she entered...
our bookkeeper's office without authorization and chided her severely, using the F word in her rant while poking our bookkeeper in the arm, according to our bookkeeper. Ms. [redacted] was invited to leave by one of our owners and we did send her a letter baring her from our premises in the future. Our bookkeeper has since left our company, partially because of incidences from people such as Ms. [redacted], that add a large amount of stress to their job and partially due to our receptionist passing away quickly from cancer around the same time. We will get to Ms. [redacted]'s issue as soon as we can in our backlog, but she needs to stop harassing us and interrupting our work.
Heritage Property is the managing agent for this property owner. I am [redacted], the person who handled the processing of the deposit statement. This tenant was in place when our management contract started, so the move in information was with the property owner. I prepared the...
deposit statement paperwork based on costs that were given to me by the Owner. Mr. [redacted] did not feel the estimated costs were correct, so I relayed the information to the owner and she made adjustments to them. I do not feel that Heritage Property is the proper party to file a complaint against. The tenant is aware of who the property owner is as she is who he signed contracts with when he rented the property. I have spoken with the Owner and she is contacting the Stanislaus County Mediation Center, a program of [redacted]. They will be contacting the tenant to discuss a mediation meeting regarding his complaint and an attempt to resolve it to the benefit of all parties.
