Heritage Propane

I had been a Heritage Propane, Washington Missouri office, customer for many years. Heritage Propane significantly increased the annual rental of the tank after the tank was delivered which I paid for many years and am confident paid for the tank several times over. Eventually, I asked them to come and get it out of my yard because the tank rental fees were exhorbitant for an old rusty tank. They refused to credit me the propane that was in the tank, estimated at $100, picked up the tank when the ground was wet causing ruts in my yard, damaged my deck when they removed the tank, and then charged me a $59.99 tank removal fee that I was never made aware of or agreed to pay. I have had propane with several other companies over the past 30 years at various rental properties and a vacation home we own and have never been charged a fee to have them remove their own tank. Now they are charging me late fees each month because I refuse to be extorted by them and pay this ridiculous removal fee. I formally disputed this with them yet they keep harassing me with past due notices. Their business practices are unethical and should be investigated.
