Dr. H[redacted] was late to my daughter's surgery. She was only less than 12 months old at the time. She wasn't allowed to eat that morning, so the time he was late made a really big deal. The nurse gave her medication that she wasn't supposed to have, and then she tried to play it off like she didn't. Now, today was her follow up appointment at 1:45. We received a text on Sunday reminding us of this. I showed up early, and the door was locked and a sign on the door that the office closed early with no notice. Extremely unprofessional.
