Heritage Housing

On the 1st of February the complainant came to our office to purchase a tiny home (non HUD regulated). She then put a deposit of $500 on the home she chose on February 9Th 2019. She told us every week that she would come in and bring the rest of her money as she was paying cash. We held the home for her for weeks and did not sell it to anyone else as she had said multiple times she would be in to get the home. She brought the remainder of the money and we closed on the home on 3-12-19 over a month and half later while holding her home. During closing there is a form Titled Buyers Acceptance/Rejection of goods. She signed and dated on Option A: Acceptance. We also had a valentines special going on when she first came in that only lasted till the end of February.During this valentines special we were giving away Airfryers. She did not purchase or sign a sales agreement until 3-12-19, However she wanted the airfryer she saw at the beginning of February when she first came in. We DID go ahead and give her the Prize even though time had elapsed on the special. We delivered the home to her on 3-16-19. During closing we told her the procedures on how to address service work. She did not follow procedure as discussed therefore that did push service work back. We have completed everything on the list we have an email from her thanking us on April 5 2019 and then two weeks later we receive this letter from you.
