I believe that Heritage Hills(HH) is trying to pull a scam on the residents in the Mobile Home (MH) Park for the following reasons: In many cases HH without consent has installed water meters attach to our MHThey are charging the residence outrageous pricesFor instance I was billed for using gallons in daysgallons per day as a single man, NOT LIKELYBoth my toilets have new inners, water heater not a dropAll faucet relatively new without a dropNo puddles under MHI called the billing company, *** from AZ ###-###-#### and they told me "OUR SATELLITE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE A WATER LEAK"
I herewith DISPUTE the water Bill for the following reasons:
There is no way that I used Gallons of water in days
I have an agreement which states that water is included in my lot rent payment
Does the Water comply with DEP regulations?
Because I do not see the postings which are required by LAW to be displayed in a public space concerning Water qualit
