Heritage Hills HOA, MSI

As the community manager for our neighborhood we have had multiple times where Linda sent letters saying we would be fined for things there are not in the Associations documents and that she was wrong about how she, while sitting in her car, saw them. She has never talked to us about what she saw to understand if there was a violation or if she was just making things up. When talking to her on the phone she has been rude when questioned on why she has not collected accurate information or answering email questions. All in all, having this Co as the community managers has been a very negative experience and I do not see they are doing anything to make the home owners have a benefit from their low level of service.
