In regards to a few of your comments, our records indicate that your January payment was deposited and all work order requests that we have on record have been completed. The laundry room dryers are also working but we will look at them again.
The units in your building that have been renovated are our market rate units that have a higher monthly rental rate. We don’t have any available renovated market rate units at this time but we would love to put you on a waitlist if that is something that you’re interested in. All other units are not being renovated at this time.
As you are aware, this community is a tax credit building and the rental rate that you were increased to is the allowable maximum rate per LIHTC rules and regulations. If you have any additional questions regarding tax credit policies and procedures, we would be more than happy to go over them with you.
