I am so thankful for Heritage Estate Settlement! I saw their name on the Revdex.com so I thought I would try them and I'm glad I did!!! It was time to put our family home up for sale and after 40 years of living in the same house we had collected many items that we could not take to the new place. I truly do not know what we would have done without Heritage! They provided us with a very reasonable and fair offer which included removing all the items we did not want and they paid us for the items that had value. We got our whole house cleared out and receive a check! If we had called one of those junk removal companies we would be writing the check instead of cashing one!! They were very knowledgeable and honest. In fact, I did not realize I had left school pictures in a cabinet that I sold to them, and [redacted] called me right away when he found them and immediately mailed them to me at no cost - I really think other companies would have thrown them away, but not [redacted] I give Heritage Estate Settlement an A+ for being so Amazing!!

Heritage Estate was very good to work with. They were very up front about what my estate options were. There was no pressure and were very fair about the value of the items. They were neat, clean, and polite. They also did not just "cherry pick" the items they wanted, they took all of it. They took the treasures, Goodwill items, and yes some garbage.

I would recommend them for estates where you would like everything gone.

Heritage Estate Settlement did a tremendous job in assisting me with the clean-up and close out of my parent’s home. Not only did Eric and his crew find it, but he sent me a message immediately informing me that he had found almost $4,000 in cash, and secured it for me until I could get there to collect it from him. This is an honest and trustworthy firm and group of people that delivered what they promised and anyone would be fortunate to hire for their own project.

This company did an outstanding job in handling a clean out of loved one's home. He and his staff are professional, honest, thorough and timely. We were thrilled with all aspects of the work that was done. We highly recommend this service.
