Review: [redacted] of Heritage Construction in Delaware installed laminate flooring in my home on 10/14/14. After looking online, I found a LinkedIn site which mentions that Heritage Construction is owned by [redacted] father and son [redacted] was doing business with the son. After pushing the job back 2, maybe 3 times because he was "too busy working day and night" on other jobs, I offered to have him cancel my job since he didn't have time. He ended up completing the job, not to my specifications. When I talked to him about this later, he ended up screaming at me (I'm not exaggerating) at the top of his lungs over the phone, saying that he had no memory of what I asked him to do.That I will have to just live with. My complaint is that he still has not provided me with the receipts for the flooring. He purchased them at Lowes and told me he would provide them to me after the job. I've asked for them on 11/5/14, 12/13/14, and 12/19/14, via text message, and one other time (I don't have the exact date right now) via email. I want the receipts because there is a lifetime warranty on the floors. If anything ever happens to them I have no proof of purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to provide me with the receipts from Lowes for the purchase off our laminate flooring. Also, I was trying to provide additional information on the next screen regarding my purchase but the site was telling me I had an invalid complaint day. Pergo Flooring, [redacted] Purchased on 10/4/14

Dear [redacted] I am writing to follow up on the customer complaint made against our firm. I am having difficulty getting my head wrapped around the complaint after reading it a number of times. The customer indicated to my son when the job concluded that she was satisfied with the work. He made a commitment to her to provide her with a receipt for the materials purchased at Lowe's for the job. I personally hand delivered the receipt to her home. She was not at home. I placed the receipt in an envelope between the screen and front door. I later confirmed on the telephone that she had the receipt in her possession. My son also spoke with the customer and she indicated to him that she was satisfied. If you have any questions please feel free to reach me via email or at [redacted]
